Iran's Supreme Leader Promises Revenge for Khamenei's Death

The Supreme Leader of Iran, Mojtaba Khamenei, has today promisedrevenge for the death of his father, Ali Khamenei, at the end of his funeral celebrations. The Iranian leader has thanked the Iranian people for their "massive participation" in the ceremonies.
"We promise to avenge your pure blood and the blood of all martyrs of war, and these criminal and outrageous murderers will pay forit. That is the demand of our nation, and we will certainly comply with it, "the new leader said in a written message.
He also wanted to thank the tens of millions of people who have filled the cities and towns of Iran and Iraq.
Since the murderof Ali Khamenei by Israel and the United States on February 28, Mojtaba Khamenei has not been exposedto the public, nor has his photos, videos, or voice recordings been published. The conflict between Iran and the United States is once again hot, with Trump declaring the ceasefire "over" this week.
