The conflict between the United States and Iran seems far from resolved. For the ninth night in a row, the United States has attacked Iran in an attempt to "weaken" the Islamic Republic's ability to attack ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz.
U.S. Army General Command Centcom reported a wave of attacks on Iran at 7:00 p.m. local time (01:00 in the Basque Country) in a social media message.
Three hours later, it announced the end of today's attacks, which, according to the Commander-in-Chief, targeted military command centres, air defense systems and surveillance areas, naval capabilities, missile and drone launch platforms and communications networks.
According to reports from the Iranian news agency Tasnim, there have been several explosions in Chabahar, Konarak, Bandar Mahshahr, Bandar Khomeini and Tabriz.
