Iran claims responsibility for an attack on a U.S. military base in Kuwait
The Iraqi Government has denied allowing attacks within its territory after the President of the United States assured this week that the attacks were carried out in coordination with Saudi Arabia and Iraq. Bestal, Saudi Arabia has announced the creation of an international coalition to protect the Red Sea.
The Iranian military command has justified these attacks as a "response," as the US Army has launched more attacks on the country in recent days, including one on the island of Qeshm in the Strait of Hormuz, which crashed into a house and killed at least three people.
Iraq denies allowing attacks
The Iraqi Government denies allowing attacks within its territory. Iraqi Government spokesman Haider al Abudi said in an interview with Al Iraqiya News that "the Iraqi Government will not be part of the war."
The Iraqi government has therefore denied US President Donald Trump's claims that the attacks were carried out in coordination with Saudi Arabia and Iraq.
International Coalition to Protect the Red Sea
On the other hand, Saudi Arabia has announced the creation of an international coalition to protect the Red Sea.
