The heat will continue to dominate, as in previous days, at the end of the week. According to Euskalmet's prediction, temperatures will rise significantly from Friday onwards, and will remain on that line for most of the weekend.
On Saturday the temperature will drop slightly, but it will remain at high values anyway. The northwest wind will blow from noon, which will relieve the heat a little, especially in the northern half. In San Sebastian, for example, the thermometer will not exceed the 25 ° C barrier, according to forecasts. In addition, low clouds may appear in the afternoon and night.
On Sunday the temperature will gain what was lost on Saturday. In some parts of the interior the warmest will be above 35 ° C and even near the coast will exceed 30 ° C. In the south the highs may exceed 37-38 ° C; in Álava and Navarre the highest values will be measured. The skies will be cloudy, with some low clouds in the north in the early morning, and in the afternoon the southern clouds will develop.
Euskalmet has activated the yellow warning for extreme high temperatures starting this very Friday.
