The Basque Government has cancelled the orange alert for persistent high temperatures following the end of the heat wave that affected the Basque Country this week, although it has activated two yellow warnings for the weekend: high temperatures on Saturday and heavy rainfall on Sunday.
This Saturday, until 6 p.m., very high temperatures are expected, with highs that could be around 32 degrees in the inner Cantabrian, 34 degrees in the transition zone and 35 degrees on the Ebro axis.
