50 bertsolaris will compete in the Euskal Herria Bertsolaris Championship
50 bertsolaris, all those who had the opportunity to register, will participate in the 15 sessions of the Euskal Herria Bertsolaris Championship, which will begin in Hazparne and end in the Navarre Arena from 19 September to 20 December.
This year there will be six more bertsolaris than in the 2022 championship, two more from Araba, two from Nafarroa and two from Xilaba, and the first phase will have one more session, therefore one in each territory: Hazparne (19 September), Altsasu (26 September), Lekeitio (27 September), Donapaleu (3 October), Tolosa (4 October), Gotaine-Irabarne (10 October) and Agurain (11 October).
A total of 42 bertsolaris ranked from the country championship will sing in the first phase, of which 17 will be ranked and the match with the seven finalists of 2022 (Amets Arzallus, Beñat Gaztelumendi, Alaia Martin, Nerea Ibarzabal, Aitor Mendiluze, Joanes Illarregi and Sustrai Colina) will perform in the two rounds of the semi-finals.
The top seven bertsolaris will qualify for the final, where champion Maialen Lujanbio awaits them.

Bertsosarrerak.eus will be on sale on Saturday, 24 October to 5 December, in Larraun-Lekunberri, Eibar, Gernika-Lumo, Biarritz (first phase) and Donostia-San Sebastián, Vitoria-Gasteiz and Bilbao (second phase), as well as on June 17 at the entrance to the final (Pamplona, 20 December).
The approximately 2,500 members of Bertsozale Elkartea will have their tickets reserved for the final from 17 to 24 June.
