ICOFF, the Vitoria-Gasteiz short film festival, will offer 50 works at its new headquarters in Arkabia
The fifth edition of the ICOFF-Gasteiz International Short Film Festival will take place from 18 to 22 May, this year at its new headquarters in Arkabia, the cultural centre of the Vital Foundation (Postas Street, 13-15).
A total of 50 short films, selected from 676 presented, will be shown in the Official, International and Bagare sections and the Icoff-Arin Instant Short Film Marathon will be held.
In the Oficial section, 30 films will be shown, including six films by Basque authors (Lara Izagirre, Aitor Abio...), seven films by directors from Bizkaia, Araba and Gipuzkoa de Bagga and 13 works from 12 countries in the section that for the first time will have the International winning film (the audience award will be awarded).
On Saturday 23 (19:30), at the closing ceremony, the jury will announce the award for the best tape in the Officer section and the International Public Award.
