Last year, the KKR investment fund and other buyers bought this festival group, so this company interested in Israel's settlements in Palestine built links with these music festivals.
Uncomfortable with this, several groups have declared in recent weeks that they will not return to these festivals or play even if announced, after the digital media El Salto reported on the links between the festivals and the investment fund.
Superstructure has issued a note , in response to this information: "All revenue and profits from events and festivals remain intact within our business and are used for the development and organization of our festivals around the world," says the letter. Another thing, of course, is that the viability of festivals is essential for the investment fund to make a profit, such as if KKR decided to sell its share in Superstructure.
