The Supreme Court will judge between 3 and 13 November the Attorney General of the State, Alvaro García Ortiz, for the alleged leak against Alberto González Amador (boyfriend of the President of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso), who will accept the statements of the chief of staff of the party leader, Miguel Ángel Rodríguez, and the leader of the Madrid socialists, Juan Lobato, among 40 other persons.
The court has decided to prosecute García Ortiz for an alleged crime of disclosure of secrets against González Amador. On 13 March 2024, the businessman's lawyer, Carlos Neira, sent an e-mail to the Public Prosecutor's Office on 2 February of that year to the SER Chain to confess the tax offences investigated by his client, for which he will finally be tried.
