EH Bildu, Podemos and ERC will not attend the monarchy event in Congress

With the appointment of Don Juan Carlos I, the event will be held to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the restoration of the monarchy in Spain, under the title '50 years later: The Crown on its way to democracy '.
At a press conference in the morning, the Secretary of the Organization and Spokesperson of Podemos, Pablo Fernández, criticized the events organized around the monarchy, both in the Congress of Deputies and in the Royal House. In his words, the monarchy is an institution chosen by the dictator Franco and the purple party will not participate in the acts of "laundering Francoism".
