EH Bildu and ELA denounce the judicial offensive against the normalization of the Basque Country

The decision of the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country (TSJPV) on the decree on the standardization of the use ofthe Basque language has created a wave of controversy between parties and trade unions. The Member of Parliament of EH Bildu and Secretary of Linguistic Standardization, Josu Aztiria, has been one of the politicians who has addressed the issue.

ELA considers the annulment of the decree "very serious"
The ELA union has described as "very serious" the decision of the Court of Justice of the Basque Country, which considers this judicial decision to be "yet another example" of the judicial onslaught suffered by the normalization of the Basque Country in the public administration.
Pending anin-depth analysis of the entire judgment in order to carry out a "detailed legal assessment", the trade union representatives have described the resolution as "very serious" and have denounced that "behind this type of process and resolution lies the Euskaraphobic impulse of some judicial, political and trade union sectors that seek to hinder the normalization of the Basque language in order to maintain the predominance of the Spanish language and limit the use of the Basque language".
Vox denounces the Basque Government's "commitment to the imposition" of the Basque Country
On the other hand, Vox has denounced that the Basque Government istrying to imposethe Euskera euskera, without specifying the "cost of public money" involved.
