Supreme Court Prosecutor Fernando Prieto has opposed Judge Juan Carlos Peinado 's request to investigate the Minister of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts, Félix Bolaños.
Peinado has requested that Bolaños be investigated in the "Begoña Gómez case " because he has seen evidence of false testimony and embezzlement.
