Sanchez will present the 2026 budgets and exhaust the legislature, even if it is not approved

Sanchez made this announcement at the Palacio de la Moncloa, where he took stock of the end of the political course. During his appearance, he provided a series of economic and social data that he said support the work of his government.
No draft budget has been submitted in this legislature; the current ones are those extended since 2023. In drawing up the balance sheet, Sanchez has highlighted the economic data and pointed out that the rest of the European countries have nothing similar, so he wanted to stress that Social Security has reached 22 million members and that the unemployment rate is 10.3%, the lowest since 2008.
