Zulueta was sentenced to seven and a half years' imprisonment for ETA membership, possession of weapons and explosives, and command of Halboka, while Enparantza was sentenced to four years' imprisonment for ETA membership.
The National High Court has ordered lawyers Arantza Zulueta eta Jon Enparantza to be imprisoned to serve the sentences imposed on them in the 13/13 case, which was confirmed by the Supreme Court on 7 January.
Both were arrested in 2010 and tried in 13/13 . Zulueta was sentenced to seven and a half years' imprisonment for the offences of integration into a terrorist organization, possession of weapons and explosives and management of the organization Halboka, considered the legal group of ETA, while Enparantza was sentenced to four years' imprisonment for belonging to ETA.
In an order signed on 28 January, the Fourth Section of the Criminal Division of the AN gives the two lawyers a period of 10 days to enter prison, warning them that if they fail to comply with the order, they will issue arrest warrants.
In the same trial, lawyers Naia Zuriarrain and Iker Sarriegi were also tried, who were sentenced to three and a half years and three years respectively, but subsequently reduced their sentences to two years and one and a half years by the Supreme Court on the grounds that they were not related to violent acts.
