30 aeroponic towers have been installed in the parking lot of the Aguilera clinic in Biarritz
Aerophony is the process of planting plants in an air or fog environment without the use of soil. In Biarritz, in the middle of the parking lot at the Aguilera clinic, one of these vertical gardens has been built for the benefit of hospital staff.
The 30 towers installed produce a ton and a half of vegetables each year. The initiators of the initiative have indicated that this is a more efficient system than other crops.
