The Rafah crossing will remain closed 'without deadlines', which means, among other things, that the European Union's humanitarian mission EUBAM Rafah is still unable to enter, although it was due to enter last week, as EU High Representative Kaja Kallas explained at a press conference.

Israeli and Hamas delegations and mediators (US and Qatar) are already arriving in Egypt to participate in the negotiations that are expected to begin in the next few hours, while in Gaza, for the first time since March, there have been no deadly attacks at night.  

The Israeli prime minister has confirmed that he has ordered a negotiating team to travel to Egypt to "connect technical details" with mediators and Hamas.

The 20-point plan proposed by Donald Trump has not been fully accepted by the Palestinians, as Hamas has called for negotiations on the details of some issues that would remain in the air.

A massive demonstration this Saturday took to the streets of downtown Pamplona to denounce the Israeli genocide against Palestine and in solidarity with the Palestinian people. Thousands of demonstrators, according to 50,000 organizers, have filled the streets of the Navarre capital with green, white, black and red.

Despite the steps taken, the situation remains tense and key challenges such as demilitarization and future governance in Gaza continue, and more than 67,000 people have already been killed in Israeli attacks in the Gaza Strip.

The attacks come after Hamas announced that it is ready to release all hostages. Hamas wants to negotiate Trump's plan to end the Israeli offensive in Gaza.

"We will continue to cooperate with the US President and his team to end the war, in accordance with the principles put on the table by Israel, which share Trump's vision for ending the war," Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu's press office said in a brief statement.
