The Israeli Defense has carried out more than 500 air strikes since the entry into force of the ceasefire on the grounds that they have been directed against Hezbollah. The United Nations has confirmed the deaths of 108 civilians, 37 of them women and children.

The victims were trying to return to their homes in Gaza City and near Jan Yunis, according to Palestinian sources. The army has argued that these people have gone beyond the yellow line and after "many attempts" to distance themselves, they have been shot.

The first phase of the agreement and the ceasefire in Gaza are already in place after the withdrawal of troops to the yellow line, following the plan proposed by Donald Trump and agreed by Hamas and Israel.
