Three competing projects to transform the urbanization around the Amara-Easo railways in San Sebastian
The first prize of the contest has been for 'Habitar el bosque urbano' by Amado Martin Padilla; the second has been for 'Kalerik kale plazarik plaza' by Ander Gortazar Balerdi and Ibai Usandizaga; and the third has been for 'Hardez hiria josi' by Juan Beldarrain Santos.

Itxaso: "We want to build 6,500 new homes in strained areas over the next six years."
Housing and Urban Agenda Counselor Denis Itxaso has stressed that "6,500 homes will be built in the three capitals and in major cities such as Irun, Errenteria and Barakaldo."
