Tests on the Mole's underground passage trains begin next week

The infrastructure will be available by Christmas, according to the forecasts of the Basque Government.

This Saturday the new Mole line linking Altza and Galtzaraborda is launched

Among the main innovations of the project are the increase in the frequency of trains between Pasaia and Amara (which will pass every 7.5 minutes on working days) and the commissioning of the new underground station in Pasai Antxo.

Between Altza and Pasaia they will double the frequency of the Mole from July 18

The new variant will allow trains to connect with Amara every 7.5 minutes, and 150 train drivers have been training on the new route for a month until it is operational.
