Two heads of the traditional Iranian boast have resigned because of the controversy caused by the punishment of one of the captains
A bartender filed an internal complaint against one of the captains for improper conduct, which was sanctioned by the Board of the Ombudsman, but several captains and heads of unit have rejected the decision.
