After the ultimatum, Trump announced the closure of Venezuelan airspace. 

These calm waters are at the heart of the world's biggest geopolitical storm, transporting more than 20% of the world's oil produced from this strait between Iran and Oman for sale across the globe.

U.S. President Donald Trump signed last night the law that puts an end to the closure of the administration. The budget is approved until January 30. The House of Representatives will have to approve full items by 2026 to avoid further closure.
