The judge of the National High Court, Francisco de Jorge, has admitted to acting as a private indictment a Gazatese doctor who is a victim of the genocide perpetrated in Gaza by José Antonio Jainaga, president of Sidenor, and two other directors of the company, in the case opened for the sale of steel to an arms company of Israel.
In a car, Judge de Jorge clarifies that the decision was taken following the appearance of the Gazatí doctor yesterday. He states that it was "sufficiently established" that he was "a direct victim of the actions of the Israeli army in Gaza".
