The breakdown of a Movist platform, Telefónica's trademark, has left nearly 100,000 small and medium-sized enterprises in the state without voice and data, they have reported.
Movistar España has explained in its official account on the X social network that the technicians have detected an incidence affecting the services of the Movistar Companies, which are already working to solve. "There is an incident in the service of the Movistar Companies. The technicians are working to restore the service as soon as possible," the company said.
The problem began early in the morning, as indicated by the specialized Downdetector portal, which recorded about 3,000 notifications around 9:00.
Among those affected are Albacete, Cuenca or Soria. In Albacete, for example, the incident has left local services, such as Radio Taxi, unconnected. There have also been problems at various points in the Basque Country, Andalusia and Madrid.
For the time being, the company has not specified the exact cause of the breakdown or the expected time frame for the full recovery of the service.
