Workers at Maderas de Llodio are today considering a ruling declaring the regulatory file illegal
Workers who have been on indefinite strike for more than 150 days will appear at noon and must now decide whether to reinstate or compensate the 35 dismissed.

Theworkers of Maderas de Llodio held a meeting this morning to discuss the ruling of the High Court of Justice of the Basque Country declaring illegal the Employment Regulation Dossier (ERE) applied in the company, which affected 35 workers.
The court ruling concludes that the organisational and productive causes alleged by the company have not been established, and that the ERE istherefore not in accordance with the law, and the company must therefore decide whether to reinstate or compensate for wrongful dismissal.
The workers, who have been on indefinite strikefor more than 150 days, are scheduled to holdapress conference this morning and will consider the resolution at noon, which can still be appealed by both parties.
The unions demand the readmission ofthe workforce and demand guarantees of continuity of employment and production for fear that part of the activity will be moved to other plants in the Garnica group.
In addition, the workers of Maderas de Llodio will take part in the demonstration called by the workers of Tubos Reunidos in Ayala on Friday, as the company faces a process that could lead to about 300 redundancies, most of them at the Amurrio plant.
