The Spanish National High Court has refused to bring a doctor from Gaza as a private indictment against Sidenor , who charged the steel company Gwith crimes against humanity , thus focusing the proceedings on an alleged smuggling offencefor exporting steel to an Israeli company.
The judge will also not take into account the searchescarried out by the Spanish National Police in the factories in Basauri.
In the case of the Gazatese doctor, the court considers that this does not prove that he is directly injured, which is a prerequisite for such crimes.
