The Basque workers have taken to the streets very early in the morning on the 1st of May in various calls made by the unions on the occasion of Workers' Day.
ELA has held its central event in the Sacred Heart of Bilbao, where its Secretary General, Mitxel Lakuntza, has claimed theInterprofessional Minimum Wage (SMI) of 1,500 euros and a Basque Country without external interference, without imperialism or war.
