Argi berdea, sarreren birsalmentan prezioa igotzea debekatzen duen arauari
Espainiako Ministroen Kontseiluak astearte honetan onartu du, lehen itzulian, Kontsumo Jasangarriaren Legearen aurreproiektua, eta, besteak beste, ikuskizunetarako sarreren birsalmentaren prezioa mugatuko du. Horrenbestez, arauak eragotzi egingo du birsaldutako sarrerek hasierako erosketatik KPIren aldaketarekin doitutako jatorrizko prezioa gainditzea. Helburua da birsalmentan aritzen diren plataformek eta enpresek sortzen dituzten gehiegizko onurak eta espekulazioa geldiaraztea.
Pablo Bustinduy Eskubide Sozial, Kontsumo eta 2030 Agendaren ministroak azaldu duenez, neurri horren helburua "merkatu hori elikatzen duten eta erregulazioa zailtzen duten pizgarri ekonomikoei aurre egitea da".
Erregulazio berriarekin, baimendutako prezioaren gainetik birsaltzea legez kanpokotzat joko da, eta horrek aukera emango du eragiketa horiek egiten dituzten web-orriak blokeatzeko eta arau-hausleak zigortzeko. Neurri hori pisu turistikoen legez kanpoko publizitatea kontrolatzeko indarrean dagoen araudiaren antzera aplikatuko da.
Horrela, Espainiak Europako beste herrialde batzuen bideari jarraitzen dio, hala nola Belgika eta Frantzia, non birsalmenta hertsiki mugatuta dagoen. Gobernuaren kalkuluen arabera, Espainiako sarreren birsalmentaren negozioak urtean 932 milioi eurora iritsiko da 2030ean, urte honetarako aurreikusitako 322 milioietatik abiatuta.
