This Saturday, at 7:00 p.m., representatives of the comparisons in Bilbao met in front of the City Hall and formed a human chain, together with hundreds of citizens who responded to the call, to protest sexist and racist attacks and to call for parties "without aggression" of any kind.
Hundreds of citizens in a human chain have reported sexist attacks in the last few hours during Bilbao's Big Week called by Bilboko Konpartsak.
On Friday night, the Municipal Police arrested four people, four of them for touching and one for gender-based violence, and last Thursday arrested a man for touching, while the Ertzaintza arrested a man accused of sexually assaulting a woman on the public road.
On Friday, Bilboko Konpartsak activated the second phase of the protocol against various sexist attacks, with protests warning that "no aggression will be tolerated" last night.
