The prosecutor has withdrawn all charges against the main defendant in Zestoa and has requested a fine for the remaining five

Today the case against six citizens of Zestoa, accused of committing a crime against the moral integrity of a man, is awaiting sentencing. 

Yesterday, Thursday, the prosecutorretracted his request for acquittal of the principal accused and withdrew his request for a prison sentence from the rest, but requested a fine of €15,000 (reduced from €30,000 to €15,000).

In fact, the gross account of ill-treatment was made by the former partner of the accused and the accused, after which the prosecutor decided to change his requests for punishment. 

In response to the prosecutor's questions, the principal accused reported that he had been mistreated by the plaintiff, who explained that he imposed absolute control on him, that if he went out with his friends (especially the boys) he was angry and had to show him the messages on his phone.

She recounts that when the defendant got pregnant in 2015, the situation got worse, the insults increased. 

The man has reported that alcohol and drug use were common, and that he often woke up and insulted the child in front of him when he returned home in the early morning.

In November 2016 he broke up his relationship, left home and decided to take the baby with him. 

But he never filed a complaintfor "fear"of what would happen to the child.

Once they had shared custody of their son, a group of friends accompanied the defendant to pick up and pick up the minor.

Accordingto the plaintiff, the ex-partner and five other people in the village harassed and pressured to renounce joint custody of their child and carried out the  and other acts against him, claiming that he mistreated the woman.
