The rains caused by the Oriana depression throughout the Basque Country have significantly increased the level of the Ullibarri-Gamboa reservoir in Álava, raising it to 84.23% of its capacity.
Iberdrola and the Ebro Hydrographic Confederation have informed the residents of the surrounding municipalities in a statement that the reservoir has reached levels of more than 544.5 metres in recent hours.
On the other hand, heavy rainfall has raised the level of the Zadorra, Alegría, Buesa and Barrundia rivers, although this has not caused any problems so far.
