Osakidetza's emergency services have treated more than 30 people in the next few hours after the historic solar eclipse for possible eye injuries.
Arantza Aguillo , head of Emergency Services at Donostia Hospital, has explained on Radio Euskadi that 14 people have been treated at Cruces Hospital in the early morning hours, with at least 10 in Gipuzkoa and 9 in Álava.
However, Aguillo has specified that all cases have been "mild or very mild" and will be monitored in the ophthalmology services, where no "serious injuries" have been detected so far.
