The Venezuelan platform in Bilbao Bizkaia will concentrate to celebrate Maduro's arrest
For the platform, the Venezuelan president has been "a person who has caused a lot of suffering," and the US operation has aroused "hope."
The Venezuelan platform in Bilbao Bizkaia will concentrate this Sunday in Bilbao to celebrate the arrest of Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro .
The mobilization will take place from 5 p.m. in front of the Bilbao City Council.
The founder of the platform, Pedro Gil, has explained that this afternoon's event is a "spontaneous celebration of the citizens", convinced that most Venezuelans living in Bilbao are satisfied with the arrest of Nicolas Maduro, who has been "a person who has caused great suffering and responsible for the fact that thousands of families are separated by borders".
Maduro's arrest is therefore a "hope" for Venezuelans because he was "a person who insulted power in Venezuela." "The capture of Nicolas Maduro is, for us, a source of hope and celebration, because he has been a person who has refused to allow a peaceful and orderly transition and has stolen power," he stressed.
