At least 70 people have died and more than 400 are missing this Wednesday after a sudden flood struck several villagesnear the border with Tibet, authorities have confirmed.
The Nepalese Tourism Commission has ensured that 403 people, including 341 foreigners, are missing, twoof whom have Spanish nationality and three others have French nationality, according to sources.
The body of water reached the Bhote Koshi River from Tibet around 9:15 (05:30 in Euskal Herria) and hit Timure, Rasuwagadhi and Syabrubesi hard.
