The Basque Government's Department of Safety, AEMET and the French Department of Safety will activate several weather warnings this Tuesday and Wednesday for high temperatures.
Today, Monday, there will be a yellow warning in the centre of Navarre , in the Navarre Pyrenees and in the Ribera del Ebro, from 13:00 to 21:00, for temperatures that could reach 38 ° C. In the north there is also a weather warning in effect, in this case orange, for persistent high temperatures.
For Tuesday, a yellow warning will be issued for extreme high temperatures throughout the ACV except on the coast between 12:00 and 20:00. Maximum temperatures could be around 36 ° C in the transition zone, 38 ° C in the Ebro axis, 27 ° C on the coast and 32 ° C in the interior.

In Iparralde there will also be an orange warning, according to Meteo France, with maximum temperatures between 33 and 36 ° C in the interior and between 28 and 30 ° C on the coast and in the middle mountains.
On Wednesday, the yellow warning will continue\ u00A0 in Álava in the region near the Ebro, from 12:00 to 20:00. In the Ebro Valley thermometers can reach 36 ° C and 33 ° C inthe transition zone. In the Ribera de Navarra there will also be yellow warning , from 13:00 to 21:00, as temperatures can rise to 38 ° C.
In addition, throughout Wednesday there will be a yellow warning in Álava due to the risk of persistent high temperatures in the region near the Ebro and in the south, where minimum/maximum temperatures will be around 17/33 ° C in the transition zone and 18/36 ° C in the region near the Ebro.
