Three members of the Hertzainak group have sued each other for digital rights
According to EITB, three members of the music group (Josu Zabala, Luis Javier Saiz 'Txanpi' and Enrique Sáenz 'Kike') accuse the label of managing the group's digital rights without a contract.

Three members of the Hertzainak group (Josu Zabala, Luis Javier Saiz Txanpi and Enrique Saenz Kike)have sued the label Elkar in court on charges of managing the group's digital rights without a contract.
Within the concept of digital rights, the record company claims the profits from their songs over the past 30 years. According to the plaintiffs, this is a large amount.
The oral hearing will begin at 10 a.m. in the courts of San Sebastian, and all indications are that three members of Hertzaine and representatives of Elkar will present their reasons to the judge.
Apparently, the parties will not make statements to journalists.
The lawsuit has raised expectations just now that the debate on the digital rights of classical songs is on the table.
