The President , Imanol Pradales, has announced the start of a round of contacts with the parliamentary groups following the Governing Council held this Thursday at the Miramar Palace in San Sebastián, which will analyse the political and socio-economic situation in the Basque Country, discuss the Basque Government's budget proposal for next year and seek ways to deepen self-government .
