Second Vice-Presidentof theSpanish Government and Chief ofSummary Yolanda Diaz explained today, Saturday, that they are working with the PSOE to prepare a package of measures against Israel .
"Why do we do this with Russia and not with Israel? We must break all kinds of trade relations with Israel, and we must immediately speed up Sumar's proposed arms embargo," he said.
Thus, in statements to the media, Díaz has called for the cessation of relations with Israel and the imposition of sanctions on the Government, stressing that what is happening in Gaza is genocide.
Proposals
Last Thursday, Sumarr called on Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Israeli government ministers Katz Itamar Ben Gvir and Bezalel Yoel Smotrich to impose sanctions.
