PSN Secretary General and President of the Navarre Government Maria Chivite expressed her intention on Monday to "complete the legislature" and said that "individual behaviors" cannot "invalidate collective projects."
Chivite spoke to the PSN Regional Committee at the party's headquarters in Pamplona and defended to socialist militants the "honesty" of his government . "They will not find corruption in the councillors of this government," he said. "I wonder what will happen when these allegations of corruption are not proven."
The PSN leader has stated, in reference to the opposition, that "some see the possibility of reaching the government at the moment." However, he has reaffirmed his "commitment to this project" and expressed his "firm will to move forward with the government agreement signed with our partners."
The Secretary-General has acknowledged that the PSN has lived through "difficult, painful weeks."
