The Government will restructure the public health system with five new appointments
The Minister of Health of the Basque Government, Alberto Martínez, will restructure the two vice-administrations with the three new leaders, as well as the Director-General of Osakidetza and the Managing Director of the OSI of Donostialdea.

The Basque Government chaired by President Imanol Pradales is one year old when the Health Adviser, Alberto Martínez, will change the structure of the Department of Health and the structure of Osakidetza in order to ensure modernized care and quality service.

Aritz Uriarte Fuerte, Deputy Minister for Governance and Health Sustainability
The Department of Health shall reorganize the Office of the Deputy Minister of Administration and Health Finance in the direction of more sustainable and rigorous management of the health system, which shall henceforth become the Office of Governance and Health Sustainability.
