The Provincial Council of Bizkaia will builda new headquarters in Bilbao, in the Plaza de la Casilla (next to the sports centre of La Casilla), with the use of the landof the former School of Experts , which will allow the confluence of services currently scattered in 31 residences , "optimizing public resources and improving public attention", as announced by the General Deputy of Bizkaia, ElixabeteEtxanobe .
The sum of these services in the same building will save "about EUR 3 million per year", explained Etxanobe, who explained that this strategic decision will mark a new milestonein the development of the Council, since this new building "will make it possibleto optimise resources, improve care for citizens and provide better working spaces and conditions for people working in this institution ".

Etxanobe has stressed that the new foral building will support the project to revitalize the environment being promoted by the Bilbao City Council.

However, he has argued that "most politicians are good people, well trained and exemplary" and has ensured that "the bad behavior of a few is not worth tarnishing their work and effort."
The MP concludes his speech by praising Bizkaia's position on care, quantum transition and energy transition.In this regard, he has announced his participation in a meeting in Houston, USA, in which he will present the Energy Intelligence Center (EIC), a collaborative R & D & i platform to promote the energy transition in Bizkaia and the Basque Country.
He will then travel from Houston to Boise (Idaho) to participate in the five-year festival, a meeting point for Basques around the world.
