Madrid Examining Court No. 19 has dismissed the appeal filed by Alberto González Amador, the partner of Isabel Díaz Ayuso , against the prosecution by detecting "clear indications"that he used false invoices to defraud the Treasury for €350,951 between 2020 and 2021.

The evidence against Gonzalez Amador is based on reports from the Tax Agency and some documents made by "impartial experts" following a comprehensive and detailed investigation.
The judge considers that "there are clear indications that made useof the expenses devised on the basis of false invoices, since the items referred to in the billed\u00A0did not appear. " For this purpose, he stresses that the reports of the Tax Inspectors confirmed in court have been taken into account," taking into account the nearly 1,500 elements in the administrative file. "
González Amador, who is being prosecuted along with four other businessmen and is being investigated for alleged corruption with Quirón Prevencion, is believed to have paid a hidden commission of 499,836 euros to the wife of a company manager.
According to Gonzalez Amador's defence, his rights were violated because he was not allowed to testify in the proceedings, but the judge recalls that he and the other persons under investigation exercisedtheir right not to testify on 24 February and complied with the provisions of the law without further request.
