Cerdán's sister received 22,000 euros from Servinabar, while former UPN Secretary General Oscar Arizcuren received 68,000 euros
This follows from the documentation made available by the Hacienda Foral de Navarra to Supreme Court Judge Leopoldo Puente.
The Navarra Treasury has informed the Supreme Court judge of the 'Koldo case' that Belén Cerdán, sister of former PSOE Secretary of Organization Santos Cerdán, charged 22,200,84 euros from Servinabar.
The documentation also highlights the transfers made by Servinabar to former Secretary General of Pola UPN, Oscar Arizcuren, in the amount of €68,970, namely three payments of €32,670, €29,040 and €7,260.
This follows from the documentation made available bythe Hacienda Foral de Navarra to Judge\u00A0 Leopoldo Puente . The instructor specifically requested tax information from Santos Cerdán, the company Servinabar 2000 and Joseba Antxon Alonso , who is the administrator of the company and allegedly linked to the former socialist leader.
The annual statement of operations with third parties states that Cerdán's sister, Maria Bethlehem, received a total of 22,200,84 euros from this company, which is currently a PSOE councillor in Milagro(Navarre).
The Civil Guard found in a search a private sales contract whereby Cerdán purchased 1,350 shares (45%) of Servinabar for 6,000 euros, a company that acquired works from the Navarre Government for more than 75 million euros.
In his statement to the Supreme Court, Alonso explained that Cerdán has nothing to do with this contract. The businessman specified that it was a kind of draft made in 2015. Then Cerdán proposed to abandon politics because of the poor results obtained by the PSOE in Navarre. Both prepared this document setting out a number of conditions, but that role was never valid because the Socialist decided to continue in politics.
The Anti-Corruption Prosecutor 's Office has stated that Servinabar is "an ad hoc society created for profit"with the work of Mina Muga and "other works" carried out with the company Acciona in the Temporary Union of Companies (UTE), but no specific contributions are recorded to them.
Among the documentation submitted to the investigating judge of the case is the Servinabar activity index, which specifies that Alonso was the sole representative of the company in the operation for the establishment of a temporary union ofcompanies in projects that were brought before with Acciona.
These include the refurbishment of the Navarra Arena , the reform of theold General Archive of Navarre , the construction of the tunnels of Belate and the construction of official housinginEgüés (Navarre) .
In the same index of activity of the company is also the former representative of Acciona in Navarra, Fernando Merino , who appeared before the judge on the same day that Alonso declared at the Supreme and denied having paid for the public work.
