The businessman Antxon Alonso has denied being a partner of Cerdán Servinabar
In his statement to the judge, Alonso has acknowledged that the former PSOE Secretary of Organization signed the document to become a partner of the Servibanar, which was never completed, and has also acknowledged that he donated 4,500 euros to the foundation of former Minister Ábalos.
The businessman Antxon Alonso has testified before the Supreme Court that former PSOE Secretary of Organization Santos Cerdán signed the document to become a partner of the company Servinabar, which never materialized, and has acknowledged that he donated €4,500 to the foundation of former Minister Luis Ábalos Jose.
The UCO report that opened an investigation into the Cerdán case contained the name of Antxon Alonso in a 2016 private contract found at his home, according to which Cerdán bought almost half of the shares of the Navarro contracting company Servinabar.
In his statement to the Supreme Court on Monday, Alonso answered only questions from his defence counsel, confirming the version given by Cerdán that the former socialist leader had signed that document in 2016 (because he was supposed to leave politics), but that Cerdán had finally retracted and the agreement had been annulled, but Alonso retained the document, making it clear that, in any case, it was worthless.
On the other hand, he acknowledges that he donated 4,500 euros to the foundation of former Minister José Luis Ábalos , Fiadelso, for tax reasons, as he did with other institutions, including women's football and rubgi teams, and the NGO Save the Children.
