Visesa, the Basque Government's public society for the promotion of protected housing for rent, has tendered on Tuesday a contract for the construction of 225 official housing units, their annexes and urbanization on the RCP-1A and RCP-1B plots of sector 13 in the Larrein district of Vitoria-Gasteiz.
The Visesa Board of Directors has approved the construction contract with a budget of 38.5 million euros, an estimated value of 45.6 million euros and a 24-month implementation period.
The Company has decided not to divide the contract into lots, since the performance of the benefits must be coordinated in a unitary manner, which, it points out, may be complicated by the intervention of more than one contractor.
The deadline for submission of proposals is 26 September.
