The citizens' network for the rights of prisoners, Sare, today presented the Second Conference that it organized on 18 October at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao.

During the presentation, Sare has called for the application of the ordinary prison policy to 126 prisoners(110 men and 16 women) still in prison to seek a solution to the conflict, one of the points to be discussed at the conference.
With regard to coexistence and peace, it has called for "all of us to take steps to provide a fair solution to the situation of each and every victim without exception".
