The Minister of Healthof the Spanish Government, MonicaGarcía , announced on Saturday that she intends to take to court the President of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, after verifying that she has not registered the conscientious objectors established by the abortion law, considering her behaviour to be a "rebellion against the law, democracy and women".
"We are going to go to the courts, we are going to initiate proceedings for administrative litigation and Mrs Ayuso is going to have to answer to the judge about this obstacle du, this rebellion against the law, democracy and women in Madrid, "García told journalists.
The Minister of Health has charged Ayuso for "actinginthe style of Trump and violating the right of women to abortion by reactionably obstructing that right. "
Garcia has also stressed that the Madrid decision ignores the mandate of the Constitutional Court and is contrary to the 2023 law, which he has warned must be complied with.
