The Spanish police have arrested four young people suspected of participating in the riots around the University of Navarre on 30 October , in whichthe far-right activist Vito Quilescalled an event , which was eventually cancelled.
Three of them are charged with public disorder and assault on law enforcement officials, while another is charged with public disorder and injury.
The events took place around 6 p.m. zen around the campus of the University of Navarre.
