Semper's back on the political front line after a 10-month break.
The PP spokesman and Deputy Secretary of Culture, Borja Sémper, returned to the front line of politics on Monday after overcoming cancer. After 10 months of suspension due to illness, Sémper participated in the meeting of the party's steering committee held this morning in Madrid.
