A judge has issued an arrest warrant against Vito Quiles, but for the time being the police have not been ableto locate him, legal sources have informed EFE.

Other controversial cases have been the complaint of harassment by Begoña Gómez, wife of the President of the Spanish Government, Pedro Sánchez, and the political analyst Sarah Santaolalla for an alleged assault, both of which have been provisionally dismissed by the judges.
Sources from the office representing Quiles, Ospina Abogados, have told EFE that they have no official knowledge of this arrest warrant, but that they know that the police have come to her workplace to arrest her, but that she was not there at the time.
Vito Quiles would be at his house, and he plans to go to a police station tomorrow to clarify the matter.
