The Central Operational Unit (UCO) of the Civil Guard considers that the former chief of staff of PedroSánchezand former president of thePost Office, Juan Manuel Serrano, won a position in this organizationforformer socialist militant Leire Díez , whose aim was to ensure that the members of the network he formed together with the former president of the SEPI, Vicente Fernández , had important positions for their benefit.
